As far as enemies[/b] go, Cassie doesn't like to hold grudges or rivalries, and it is extremely difficult to make her hate you. If you were her enemy, it would very likely be one-sided, and she'd be fairly easy to push around.
As for love, that's a bit tricky. Cassie is about as straight as a curly fry, meaning, of course, she's homosexual. Sorry, guys. Go be her friend. She loves guy friends. For the girls, Cassie's not really modest, but she won't impose or try to impress upon someone to try to land 'em. More likely she'll just sit back and wait for someone to take a fancy to her, which often times just leads to her not being noticed at all. Still, if you're going for love, be prepared to be devoted, because Cassie will most likely drop everything else and center her life around that person, because the girl is quite desperately dependent on the love and attention she gets from others.

[/b], Cassie is open-minded and accepting of just about anyone. Cassie desperately needs deep relationships with people, quite literally, for she tends to get very, very lonely when she doesn't connect with anyone for a while. Connecting with her, though, that's tricky. She's not one to push herself on to you, rather, she'll hang back and wait for you to come to her, no matter how much she's hurting. As long as you can make her laugh, you'd get along just fine.
This is Cassie. Cassie is sixteen, blonde, selfless, ridiculously unopinionated, erratic, fragile, and very, very unpredictable. She tends to make decisions on the spur-of-the-moment, and rarely ever plans farther than a day ahead. She's very easily amused, but also easily torn down, so be careful of what you say around her, because she gets hurt very easily. Another thing you ought to know is that Cassie tends to seriously overthink things. Something simple that you would usually take for granted would probably mean a great deal to her, such as carelessly tossed words, misplaced pretenses, and the lives of mice.

This is Matthew. Matthew has deep blue eyes and an equally deep mind. He thinks things through very thoroughly, and always makes an earnest effort to understand other people. He sometimes tends to overthink things as well, which usually just ends in headache and nothing being accomplished, so he tries to analyze things as simply as he can. Matthew Caleb Harper is just about the nicest guy you will ever meet. He always puts the needs of others before his own. Sometimes that's a bad thing, because he gets taken advantage of a whole lot. Still, he believes learning how to put someone else before yourself is the most important lesson someone can learn.
For friends, Matthew is very open to anyone. He's extremely polite and very kind, perhaps a little overly so. Still, it's better than nothing, isn't it? Matthew has a very hard time connecting with people, mostly because it's a two-sided endeavor and Matthew hesitates in making the first move. If you want to be his friend, he makes an awfully good one.
As for enemies, well, it's hard to get Matthew to hate you, but if you rub him the wrong way... He wouldn't really make an effort to hurt you in any way, so, like with Cassie, it'd probably be very one-sided.
If you're talking love, Matthew's homosexual as well (not my norm, I swear). Sorry, girls. For the guys, well, his mind doesn't base itself in romance, so he usually won't try to flirt with you and he won't get it if you try to flirt with him unless you're fairly obvious about it. If you actually get him in a relationship, Matthew will be devoted almost to the point of lunacy. Almost anything you ask, he'll do. He might get shy, and it's bound to be awkward at first because Matthew has very little experience with these things. Give him a shot, though. I bet it'd be worthwhile.
Go crazy. :]
